About Us
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT BNI Sekuritas (“BNIS”), BNI Securities Pte. Ltd. (“BSPL”) represents the build-out of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk’s (“BNI”) investment banking and capital markets footprint and capabilities outside of Indonesia. Our two core business lines, Capital Markets and Sales & Trading, have been established to provide the BNI Group with unparalleled access to an international investor base and vice versa. As a regulated entity under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), BSPL holds a capital markets services (“CMS”) license and is permitted to undertake the regulated activities of (i) dealing in capital markets products that are securities and (ii) advising on corporate finance.
Capital Markets
Our Capital Markets arm is positioned as a leading origination and structuring debt capital markets platform to act on internationally distributed bond offerings for BNI Group clients in offshore currencies (i.e., USD, EUR, SGD, etc).
BSPL’s key issuer counterparties span across all industries and ratings categories, i.e. sovereign, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, private corporates, etc.
Sales & Trading
Our Sales & Trading arm actively engages with credit investors across both primary and secondary markets.
Since inception, BSPL has rapidly established an expansive international fixed income investor network.
It serves as a specialist in Indonesia credit, and aims to become a reputable channel of trading liquidity for this asset class.

BSPL was incorporated in Singapore as a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT BNI Sekuritas
BSPL officially commenced operations
BSPL was granted its Capital Markets Services licence by MAS, enabling it to conduct regulated activities, specifically dealing in capital markets products that are securities
BSPL announced its inaugural bond deal, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk’s US$600 million Reg S 4.300% AT1 NC5.5. The deal was awarded the Debt Deal of the Year – Indonesia Award at the ABF Corporate & Investment Banking Awards 2022
BSPL received approval from MAS to conduct an additional regulated activity of “Advising on Corporate Finance” under our existing CMS licence
